Getting Started

How do I get my first meal plan?+

After downloading Enibla and creating your account, complete the onboarding questionnaire — it takes about 90 seconds. Tell us your goals, dietary preferences, allergies, and how much time you have to cook. Your personalized weekly meal plan is generated instantly.

Is Enibla free to use?+

Enibla offers a free tier that includes basic meal planning and grocery lists. Premium features — including unlimited AI coach conversations, advanced macro tracking, and pantry management — are available via subscription. Pricing is shown in the app.

What platforms is Enibla available on?+

Enibla is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android. We recommend keeping the app updated to the latest version for the best experience.

Meal Plans & AI Coach

Can I swap a meal I don't like?+

Yes. Tap any meal in your plan and select 'Swap Meal.' You can also tell your AI coach in plain language — for example, 'Replace dinner on Wednesday with something vegetarian under 30 minutes' — and it will update your plan instantly.

How does the AI coach work?+

The AI coach understands natural language. You can ask it to change specific meals, adjust your calorie targets, find high-protein breakfast options, or answer general nutrition questions. It learns your preferences over time to make better suggestions.

Can I plan meals for multiple people or a family?+

Yes. In your profile settings, you can set the number of servings for each meal. The grocery list automatically scales quantities to match.

Does Enibla support specific diets?+

Yes. Enibla supports a wide range of dietary patterns including vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, keto, paleo, Mediterranean, low-carb, low-sodium, and more. You can set your preferences during onboarding or update them any time in settings.

Grocery Lists & Pantry

How is my grocery list generated?+

Your grocery list is automatically built from your weekly meal plan. Ingredients are grouped by category (produce, protein, dairy, etc.) to make shopping faster. If you've entered pantry items you already have, Enibla removes those from the list automatically.

Can I manually add items to my grocery list?+

Yes. Tap the '+' button on the Grocery screen to add any item manually. You can also check off items as you shop — the list syncs in real time.

What is pantry management?+

The Pantry feature lets you log ingredients you already have at home. Enibla uses your pantry inventory when building meal plans and grocery lists, helping you reduce food waste and save money.

Account & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel: on iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Enibla → Cancel. On Android, open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Enibla → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?+

To delete your account and all associated data, go to the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Your data will be removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

I was charged but didn't mean to subscribe. Can I get a refund?+

Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, request a refund via the Google Play app or play.google.com/store/account. Enibla does not directly process refunds for in-app purchases made through these platforms.

How do I update my email or password?+

Go to Profile → Settings → Account to update your email address or password. If you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot Password' option on the login screen to receive a reset link.

Troubleshooting

The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?+

First, force-close and reopen the app. If that doesn't help: (1) Check that your device OS and the Enibla app are both up to date. (2) Try logging out and logging back in. (3) Uninstall and reinstall the app — your data is saved in the cloud and will sync when you log back in. If the issue persists, contact us below.

My meal plan didn't generate. What happened?+

This is usually caused by a temporary connectivity issue. Pull down on the Meal Plan screen to refresh. If your plan still hasn't generated after a few minutes, go to Profile → Meal Plan → Regenerate Plan.

I'm not receiving push notifications.+

On iOS: Settings → Notifications → Enibla → Allow Notifications. On Android: Settings → Apps → Enibla → Notifications → turn on. Also check that notifications are enabled within the app under Profile → Settings → Notifications.
