Fastest — delete directly in the app
Instant, no waiting for a response
If you have access to your account, the quickest way to delete it is from within the app:
- 1Open the Enibla app
- 2Tap Profile (bottom right)
- 3Tap the Settings icon (top right)
- 4Tap Account
- 5Tap Delete Account
- 6Confirm when prompted
Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days of confirmation.

Use this if you cannot access your account
If you no longer have access to your account, email us with your deletion request. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What data is deleted
Account credentials
Email address and authentication data
Profile & health data
Name, age, height, weight, goals, dietary preferences, allergies
Meal plans
All generated weekly meal plans and saved meals
Grocery lists
All grocery list history
Pantry inventory
All pantry items you have entered
Meal logs & tracking
Nutrition logs, water logs, and progress data
AI coach history
All conversation history with your AI coach
Subscription records
Billing history is retained by the App Store / Google Play per their policies — Enibla does not retain payment data directly
Deletion timeline
Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your confirmed request. Some anonymised, aggregated data used for analytics may be retained in a form that cannot identify you.
